EFA25 Climate Track Report: Finding Common Ground

As an official reporting partner for the European Forum Alpbach (EFA) 2025, KONTEXT supported the "Climate Track" by providing analyses, observations, and insights into political discourses and key climate policy decisions. The focus was on questions such as: What lines of conflict shape current climate policy? Where are new alliances emerging? And how can narratives be crafted to foster connection rather than division? For KONTEXT, the emphasis was on finding "common ground"—a constructive form of discourse that identifies shared interests and paves the way for solutions. From this perspective, the Climate Track Report summarizes the content of the Climate Track sessions in Alpbach and presents it in an accessible, easy-to-understand format.
